I am trying to reticket them and they are telling me to call Turkish Air and Turkish Air is telling me I need to figure it out with them. Their emails claim to have a low price on a itinerary that you requested, but it is a bait and switch. You call and find that it leaves from a different COAST three MONTHS from when you wanted to go... ...But they can help you with the one you wanted which will be $1500.00 MORE than their email.
Its called Bait and Switch (illegal). Further there is no unsubscribe from their email (also illegal). Take a look at how many of their great reviews only have their one review and no others, and see if the English on the great reviews is correct. It is NOT meaning they are flooding the system with FAKE REVIEWS”
“Charged $4,500 for airline tickets, which I agreed to. Then snuck in an additional $80 as a "tip" for the agent, completely unauthorized. This is outright theft.”

“This company took all my billing information, issued me a confirmation number both from their company and the airline but never actually booked my flight. I had to reach out ten times to follow up where they would eventually respond stating not to worry, the fares are held but the sales rep had stats to maintain therefore was waiting til Nov 1 to ticket. They also tried to continually sell me add on services that I repeatedly refused. I have requested a manager to speak to 6 times and they have not engaged. I have escalated to customer service because the rep is now stating the fare has gone up and will no longer honor the price that I booked and received confirmation for.”
“You must be careful using this site. Here is what I know. When you visit the website and search for a flight the prices you see are the best prices for the current travel year not for your travel dates. When you book a flight with them for a given price you will receive a confirmation number, but here is the kicker, your price can still change as it did for me. They raised my flight price by $600 after I got my confirmation number and to top things off I had to call them to find out this was going on. They told me (I am not listing their names since the workers are subjected to the company policies) that your ticket price can go up after you receive a confirmation number and have paid. I have traveled on planes for 40 years and never have my prices increased after getting a confirmation number. So again, I will say be careful using this site as they can quote you any price to lure you in and then increase the price after you commit (pay and get a confirmation number).”
“I can tell you how Skylux made me UNHAPPY—
First, my agent said he was available 24/7. I found him to be majorly inaccessible. He encouraged me to only deal with him. That was a big mistake!
Secondly, My agent knew what changes I wanted to accomplish 1 month after buying my original
ticket - he suggested that I purchase insurance- to make a necessary and complicated change. Once I bought the insurance , he informed me that, essentially, in order to use the insurance, I would need to rebook my entire ticket, and that there was no business class inventory enabling me to get back on my original flight that I NEEDED to take. Long story short, the insurance really wouldn’t have helped me for my purposes, but the agent pushed it anyway claiming that it would
ultimately save me money if I used it. Now learning about the flexibility of my ticket, I could have opted to have made other solutions consistent with my business class ticket. This has been a Highly regrettable experience concerning the purchase of bogus insurance. I am seeking a refund!!!!”
