“Been 3 months no reply from customer service. Made a order wife put in wrong address sent them the right address less then 5 minutes from making the order. Then a month passed they never got back to us and sent the skin to the wrong address even know we told them not to. The another month went by still no response ended up getting to wrong address and got sent back to them. Sent another message to customer service no response after the 3rd month. And haven't been refunded”

“This is not really for your device protection. Is a well marketed sticker, nothing else. I was expecting something like a nice skin I have used before from another companies. Take almost two weeks to sent my order, without letting me know what was going on. Installation problems (bubbles, no matter what I tried). Sent them an email, a response on May 3rd letting me know they were very busy and will answer in two or three days. Still waiting. Don't waste your money unless you just want to decorate your iPad with a sticker.”

“I have tried to contact them FOUR times now to rectify an issue with an order. They haven’t so much as responded once. They have sent me the wrong wrap, ignored me, and even took four weeks to send me the INCORRECT wrap. Awful customer service.”

“Do not use slickwraps. As you can see from most of these other reviews, they will take your money and you'll never receive what you ordered. I can't even get a refund. If your looking for a better company, I suggest using decalgirl”

“I have tried about 10 times to contact this company. Haven't heard back once. I tried leaving a review on their site but they won't put it up. I submitted a ticket within 1 hour of my order trying to change the color bit they didn't respond whatsoever. Very dissatisfied.”

“Do not buy from them!! It's been three weeks to ship a sticker the size of a piece of toast. I've already escalated through PayPal and waiting on answer. Don't do it, they WILL scam you.”

“Never sent my package, emailed over 10 times and never received an answer. Launching a PayPal investigation and I'll hopefully get my money back. Don't order from Slickwraps save yourself the money and go somewhere else.”

“I would rate lower if I could, they are a total scam. Do not order from this website I placed my order over 3 months ago and it is still processing, I have emailed them constantly asking for either a refund or update but no reply. Don’t waste your money and if anyone is trying to shut this place down count me in”

“I am very disappointed with my order. My friend highly recommended me to purchase from SLickwrap. I placed my order in Feb and till today 5 May , i still have not received the item. No one response to me what i should do but instead send auto email to on FAQ. Terrible horrible service.”

“I ordered my custom skin on April 17th. It’s been over 12 days and they have not responded to any of my emails asking when it will be shipped. I wish I read the reviews before ordering from them. It’s a complete scam!”
