“Very poor service. I never received the order. Tried contacting the customer service team multiple times, got a generic check with your neighbors response and thats it. All the money in drain. I am better off with DBrand / Amazon. Very frustrating to lose so much money on something that never delivers. I am going to issue a credit card charge back. Stay away.”

“3 weeks of waiting for my order to process... very disappointed, when I decided to contact the customer service this is the response I got: "Hello, I am sorry for the delay. Your order was placed during a sale. Processing time can be delayed when placing an order during a sale due to the high volume of orders in our facility. We do note that information on the support page. You will receive an email once that goes out. That email will have your tracking information. I am sorry for the delay. With Love, Isabel" note that the site is almost always on sale, and waiting almost a month for an order to be PROCESSED is inexcusable.”

“Simply they didn't ship my order since month, poor costumer service, spam discount they mentioned last day 50% discount since a month. I hope I search for this website ratings before place my order there are hundreds of negative feedback on the internet.”

“Ordered a skin on 04/11/2017 because of the 50% discount, until today (January 2018), my item is not here yet. I've submitted many requests to Slickwraps Support Center, they replied my initial requests after that they stopped replying. Please be careful when buying Slickwrap products from overseas. I got scammed.”

“I have ordered some skins for my new Galaxy S8 from Slickwraps, on two occations, but after waiting over 3 months, I have not gotten anything yet. I have tried contacting them on email and on Twitter about re-shipment or refund, but I find their replies short, dissmissive and infrequent. I have ordered from them in the past, and I have been very happy with their products.However, I sensing that I am being scammed, as I have paid over $46 in their products, and have not yet received anything. Prospective buyers beware”
