They lied to me about shipping. Said at checkout it would be 5 to 15 working days from that day. It's been over a month and I've only now got a confirmation email saying they have my order after i had to open up a dispute through pay-pal. Their customer service team is atrocious and never actually responds especially if its to do with late orders. NEVER order form these guys. they aren't worth your effort at all.

The top and bottom sticker is perfect, but the interior sticker does not fit. The trackpad sticker is 2mm bigger than the trackpad itself, just like around the trackpad.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! So many complaints regarding their service and shipping delays. I’ve placed an order, going on 2 months now, and have sent 2 emails with NO response. Shady how they’ve blocked the ability to add comments to all their social media. They won’t release a statement regarding the delays nor are they responding to order inquiries. All they need to do is respond. Im sure people will understand. Give your money to someone who deserves the business.

Scammers. Never sent item. Order sits at processing. Never return emails. Their system was hacked. Giant Scam. Google their reviews. They all say the same thing.

Been 2 months since I placed my order. No response to my email either. I don't need the product anymore but at least they ckuld respond to the refund emails. Terrible customer service

Just placed my 3rd slick wraps order. It's been 9 days since order with no shipment notification. The first two orders took around 3 weeks to ship. Saving 5-10 bucks by going with Slickwraps over Dbrand just isn't worth it. It just takes forever to get your products

Product was damaged, took a month to ship out, they won't even reply to my support requests. Would not recommend at all

Unfortunately, did not have a good experience. Slickwrap arrived in a flimsy, plastic envelope. It was bent and warped and would be undoubtedly unattractive on the computer. Even worse, the company does not respond to requests for a refund/replacement. They also do not have a published phone number on their website.

Unfortunately Slickwraps hasn't responded to repeated customer service emails, regarding: 1) an order I needed to cancel well within the parameters of their cancellation policy, and 2) an order I needed to return, well within the parameters of their return policy.

This is my third time purchasing from SlickWraps over the years but this will be my last time. The skin for my 16" MacBook Pro is not a good fitment. I've tried to contact customer support multiple times but no response.

First of all, the wraps Slickwraps makes are pretty nice. They have some great designs and they are easy to apply and remove. I've purchased at least 10 for various devices. Where they fail horribly is customer service. There is NONE. It's why the Better Business Bureau has given them a "F" rating. Because of their non-existent customer service, I will never place another order from them. I placed an order on April 4th and never received it. I sent customer service inquiries on April 23rd and May 1st which went unanswered. I finally contacted my credit card company and waited on hold for 45 minutes to file a claim. I noticed my order is still listed as "processing" in my order history.

Placed an order in May 19, 2020. As of June 26th I still have not received my items but they sure did charge my card immediately. I have had No response to emails. I would NOT recommend this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Placed order on June 8, 2020. Still not processed, not shipped, company has not responded to any of my emails. Have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. This company is garbage, do not send them money, unless you are charitable. They have the nerve, to send back an automated email to my order inquiry, which says "patience is a virtue". Well I've lost my patience and I want a full refund for their stickers, which I have not received, and now don't want at all. Do not order from this company!

Absolute garbage company. Took 2 months to ship with no one responding to emails. Only shipped after I contacted my credit card company for a charge back. If you ordered from them get a charge back and if you’re thinking about ordering from them, don’t.

Omg how crazy this experience is. Ive been waiting for 3 months now. This is worst than a free shipping company there online. Absolutely bad communication too. Ive expected much since this is from US and i paid for shipping!

Okay so I made an earlier review giving them one star. Their customer service is horrible, but I did end up getting what I ordered, about a month after ordering, and hearing nothing from customer service. I got a skin for my switch lite and it fits great, and looks great. 0/5 customer service 5/5 product quality
