“Purchased a 'Canon' camera and was a bit concerned because of the reviews and because it was £100 less than UK suppliers. I knew that it was likely to come from USA so was amazed to have it delivered within 48 hours by FedEx on free delivery! I hadn't even elected for fast delivery. Only negative was the confirmation email stated that they had tried to call me - (not true) - and asked me to phone them to process the order. (Why?!) When I phoned I spoke to a very polite American who attempted to sell me a battery for £20 which I declined. He confirmed that the camera would now be posted - unbelievably it arrived within two days from the USA. All exactly as ordered complete with UK plug and charger. Set for PAL video. Was able to register the serial number with Canon on line. I won't hesitate to use them again.”

“Ordered twice with them in a short space of time and generally not disappointed with speed of international delivery. Would have however liked to complete the whole order process online and not have to phone to confirm the order. But, that kind of makes room to add a personal touch I guess”
