I had a problem getting through to customer services (if they exist) and ended up complaining and asking for a refund via the Sales line for the £95 difference it cost from only the camera to camera plus bundle.

I provided the letter to SLRHut (they made me phone their carrier and chase through the loss!), but they won't refund me, because the FedEx web-tracker says it has been delivered and FedEx say they can’t change this, but I suspect it’s more likely to be, because they only declared the value of the package to be £119 on the FedEx paperwork and that would be the amount they can claim back from FedEx.

They do not even deserve 1 star, ordered item on 26th December, delivered by FedEx who lost the parcel, FedEx have refunded SLR but I am still fighting to get our money refunded, no item and no refund and customer service is the worst I have experienced, now refusing to answer emails and when I call they hang up, say they are UK based which is a shambles as from America. DO NOT USE THEM unless you want to be ripped off!

Awful. Avoid this company like the plague!! They will try and up sell you stuff you don't need by telling you lies. Don't expect a refund if you are mis-sold Any items. Their rude customer service flat out refuse!! Currently perusing through PayPal.

I then got another email to say the item had been delivered so called again to be told that they had sone their job, the delivery company had done their job apparently leaving £280 of goods on my door step??? So it’s now my problem DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!!!
So SLR hut have a policy that if your item is less than 500 dollars they don’t care if you receive it as not guaranteed delivery (sounds like a scam)
In essence if are spending over 500 Dollars carry on and order from these absolute thrives other than that don’t do it as they won’t refund or help you even if paid through PayPal.
