“The ordering and shipping process went exactly as I expected and wanted. Good Job. Full and complete spec's were available so I knew I was going to receive what was needed. Price was great. Delivery fast. Started using the labels as soon as they arrived. Quality is good.”

“I went on line and message was that I had 40 minutes to ship that day (Fri 20/27) I placed the order, but it shipped on Monday 10/30 Box arrived with all rolls unwinding in box, what a mess none of the rolls were taped or secured”

“$300 shipping is ridiculous. We ordered $1000 worth of product which most places would offer free shipping for. We've yet to receive the product, I hope we don't have any quality issues from our customer.”

“The service provided by the seller has consistently demonstrated a lack of expediency, particularly with regard to shipping. Despite orders being placed up to two weeks in advance, shipping times remain unduly extended, and communication from the seller is notably absent. It is respectfully suggested that the seller should take steps to improve the efficiency of its shipping processes and enhance its customer service by providing timely updates on the status of orders. We have been a returning customer since last year but the service has been consistently poor. I am considering finding a replacement for obtaining this item. I always give feedback, but I am still experiencing the same issues and poor treatment. I am unsure if my feedback is being taken into consideration to improve service.”
