I called to verify the order status and was informed it would ship on the day of my call, with an expected arrival by next Monday. This is a 4 business day delivery period, despite Daylight usually taking only 3. The order was dispatched 2 days later than promised and while it will arrive on Monday, it should have been delivered by today, Friday. The representative was aware of the delayed shipment.

a couple of years ago I worked with them to find some labels that were waterproof and good for freezer use. they send us a sample and we tried it. it worked great. so they sent us a roll. unfortunately, we had a fire and lost them. It has been two years and when I reached out to them they were very punctual and knew what we had and wanted. Delivery was very quick

Quite disappointed with our latest order. I placed the order in early December - the 3rd I think? It is finally out for delivery tomorrow - January 30th. I am fine with the delay - I understand all the supply issues and absolutely forgive that.
What I am frustrated and disappointed by is the lack of communication regarding the delay. No one reached out or talked to me. I had to make contact a handful of times to get information.
