“I'm pretty sure I had set up an account (with terms) with Smith Corona. but when ordering on the website, I saw the 30day icon at one point but it never reappeared when it came time to purchase. I had to use company credit card instead of 30day terms.”

Hello Chris, I see that you have an account on the website but you have always used a credit card as a method of payment. If you wish to apply for not 30 terms, the next time you're ready to order, you would need to send over a purchase order. You can send that to po@smithcorona.com. State that you have a website account and you would like to apply for terms. As long as our credit dept approves your company"s credit, you will then be set up on net 30 terms. Once that happens, we will then link the accounts together and going forward when you order on the website the option to use a purchase order will be available.
