“Pour service I could find the program or install it so I took my laptop into a shop and they said no program was downloaded so I had to buy one there .then I tried to get a refund and I was told rudely .. won't happen since we already downloaded and used the access code . Waste of money and I will never use your company again”

“I am not the brightest light in the harbor and don't process information as rapidly as I used to. I am a disabled Navy veteran and getting long in the tooth. It did not register with me that this download was a yearly thing. That's my fault but I did not need a snappy response from your people. Respectfully Submitted, Will Smith”

“I used PrintMaster Gold 12 for years and loved it. Bought a new computer and couldn't download Gold 12. Bought PrintMaster v9 and it does nothing. I make calendars that I add pictures and clipart to and also many birthday cards. v9 doesn't let me do anything on the calendar like clipart or pictures except for the limited clipart that comes with v9. Can't even copy my pictures and paste them in. Cards are the same way - it was a total waste of my money.”

“I found the software didn’t work as I expected, but no support or refund available. Please make sure you really know what you need before you place the order. Refund is not available from this company. No phone number to call the support for this company. The refund policy is not reasonable as well. If you purchase QuickBooks through Intuit, you can cancel the subscription anytime and you have free 30 day trials, but here doesn’t allow to cancel or refund.”
