“They sell Apps that won't download on your laptop then they say it's your fault.”

“Bought version of Adobe. It did not work with my operating system. Software CW refused a refund or replacement. I would not do business with them again.”

“I used PrintMaster Gold 12 for years and loved it. Bought a new computer and couldn't download Gold 12. Bought PrintMaster v9 and it does nothing. I make calendars that I add pictures and clipart to and also many birthday cards. v9 doesn't let me do anything on the calendar like clipart or pictures except for the limited clipart that comes with v9. Can't even copy my pictures and paste them in. Cards are the same way - it was a total waste of my money.”

“I found the software didn’t work as I expected, but no support or refund available. Please make sure you really know what you need before you place the order. Refund is not available from this company. No phone number to call the support for this company. The refund policy is not reasonable as well. If you purchase QuickBooks through Intuit, you can cancel the subscription anytime and you have free 30 day trials, but here doesn’t allow to cancel or refund.”
