“Everybody is happy when everything goes well. But it takes a special kind of company to resolve an issue in the customer's favor. That is what happened. I ordered a customized product that arrived after my son left college, and was offered a solution to make it again a send it to my son's new address. I'm giving 4 stars for the mishap, but very happy with the rebound.”

“1 star. Completely unacceptable packaging and presentation. The item arrived crushed, wrinkled, and looking like it had been stuffed together at the last second. This was supposed to be a gift, but instead it arrived looking cheap and careless. The wrapping paper was bent everywhere, the bouquet was misshapen, and the entire thing looked nothing like a professionally prepared product. Even the gift bag arrived looking damaged and empty. Honestly embarrassing to even give to someone in this condition. For the amount charged, I expected basic quality control and care during packaging, but clearly none was given. Extremely disappointed and immediately requested a refund. Would not recommend.”

“I had bought a product for my girlfriend which sadly arrived broken. After noticing it o mailed a defect product and immediately got a replacement product for free (only having to pay shipping). It was how it should be at every other company 👌”

“I ordered a custom shower curtain of my dog’s face. It came in and looks like a black blob. Very poor quality. Nothing at all like website. They promise a 90 day guarantee which is a lie. Been back & forth as they “negotiate” what they will return to me. Expensive item to be offered $20 (after 3rd email) never offered to reprint & make it right. Told me to use as a “spare” horrible customer service who doesn’t stand by their product. Do not buy from this company.”

“I ordered my product in early January because it was for my husband and I anniversary on January 30. This product didn't arrive till almost mid February. And when it did arrive you have to put the figurines yourself in the picture frame. The figurines were in a bag with a glue stick to which I dont own a glue gun. So I had to go find some kind of glue to put this together. I dont even wanna leave a picture because the way I glued this together looks so bad.”

“I ordered the nested dolls and they were never delivered even though they said they were. They could not give me information on the delivery company. Not even a picture confirming delivery which is pretty standard practice. When contacting the company they gave me the run around and put the blame on me. I do NOT recommend ever ordering from this company as I am now out $50+ and no hope of ever seeing that money.”

“Ordered two "fragile" bottle items but the packaging was a bad joke! The inflated plastic to bolster the bottles was deflated, the box was torn and flattened in so many places. Even before I opened the box, I could hear the bottles slip sliding inside the unopened box. Extremely disappointed. The product however was bubble wrapped and appeared intact. Took forever to arrive, ordered 08 Dec 2025 and arrived 06 Jan 2026... almost a month!”

“Scam don’t buy. I ordered a keychain for my partner and I for Christmas and not only did it come late and outside the expected range the website predicted themselves but it’s not at all the same product advertised. Rather than the cute handmade gift seen in the advertisement, I got an AI generated tiny pillow keychain that was of horrible quality. And when asking customer support for help finding a review page, they sent me on a goose chase. I had to ask three times for a review page which they refused to send me. And when they did send a link it wasn’t even a review link. How disgusting.”

“This place is absolutely garbage and doesn't even work. Both of the flip books are broken and don't work. Both of the wheels get stuck as you try to cycle through the pictures. They advertised that it would be delivered by Christmas and I paid extra for it and it didn't show up until 4 days after Christmas. These crooks should be ashamed of themselves to sell this absolute garbage that arrives late. Refund my purchases immediately!”

“Buyer Beware! I bought an item beginning of December. I sent several status emails, and was always given an apology, and told item is being processed, or item is in transit. Today, I called customer service number, and they told me the last update is 12-15-2025, and I need to contact seller for refund, but they will not tell me who seller is.”
