So far my rating will be a 5 star. They are redoing my order since I never received it and will send it out again. Hoping to receive it soon. Tracy in customer service helped tremendously. If i still don't receive it this time around unfortunately my rating will change unfortunately. I am really looking to forward to the products arriving though.

Love the product, communication is great only downfall is shipping from China, it takes about a month and half to receive the item.

wonderful pendants at a great price. I had a problem with the one pendant, it took me a few days to answer my question about the complaint, but then the complaint was resolved quickly to my maximum satisfaction. I will buy again here. :)

I will never order from this company again! i ordered a charm a mnth ago !! Has never arrived. I asked for a refund was basically told yes but after all the costs I would get nothing back which is disgusting I wouldnt advise any one to buy. Never again

Delay with order even though I paid for express delivery. When it came it was very poor quality, not fit for purpose and damaged. Sent photos and explained just back and for emails asking for pictures I have already sent. Telling me the marks that are prominent and ingrained will disappear over time! Disgusting service!

Well the product came out excellent and my girlfriend loved it. By far one of the best products I’ve ordered for a lady. Communication was excellent and I’d say the only “ downfall “ is the shipping and how long it takes which isn’t that long but they do have to make the product

Soufeel has great communication. They respond promptly and when there's and issue they do all they can to fix it. Shipping did take longer than expected but they were apologetic and again did all they could to keep me informed on the shipping updates along the way.

Worst experience ever! Picture is horrific, looks like a 2 year old painted my face red. Talk to customer service and they said " looking at your order details it's what you ordered" haha!! I did not order a picture that only my face is bright red while the rest of my body looks normal. Not to mention I paid 56.00 for these boxers and it took 2 months for them to arrive. Don't waste your money. I will never order from this company again. I wish I would of read reviews before ordering from here. Lesson learned!

I assuming this company has never shipped to the United States before. I made an order, I was told there was an issue with the shipping address and it could not be delivered. I was told there was an issue with the name of the town on the address, of which I know exists. This is where my wife works, and we live in said town. So, I changed the address to my son, in North Carolina (USA), and I am sure I will be told it does not exist either. I ordered the same item from a company that has shipped to my wife's address. This other company has delivered to this address in question by Soulfeel before, and there was no issues. I will just have to make sure I refrain from ordering anything from Soulfeel again. I am hoping the item might show one day. I find it easier to ship an item from the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia then this place.
