“Customer service is alright. They take some time to get back to you. Not very sincere. Price is okay if you get exactly what you ordered. Delivery takes about a month or longer to get to you. Refunds... Ha! My first product was about half way done and tried to give me 30% of my money back which I wasn't satisfied with. They came back to me with getting a new one. Doesn't look like the picture at all. I give up. 😔”

“On the site it said final work as in spelling, ect... I was able to changed a misspelled word in a matter of hours! She helped as soon as they were able to read my email! This is my 2nd time ordering from them and it definitely wont be my last! Thank you all sooo much! It's a Birthday gift and I know she'll love it!”
