“Tracy was absolutely amazing ! My anklet broke and the name was wrong(complete my fault) but I talked to somebody right when I noticed it was wrong they assured me it would be corrected but it wasn’t and she fixed it . She’s amazing ! Great customer service skills ! Thank you”

“I love the customer service so as the product. Everyone is so friend and the Locket they made for husband is amazing . My husband lost his dad and photo-wallet made picture locket with my husband Dad's Name . I would highly recommend. They not only make a picture but they make your emotions real❤️ Thanks for making my husband so happy”

“My order was lost because I did not receive the tracking number in time I spoke with several customer service people and the only one who gave me a solution was Tracy, she was very attentive and understood my point now I have to wait for a replacement”

“The order took a very long time to be delivered but otherwise it was a very nice necklace. Looked great. However, after a week of wearing it it seems to be changing colour. Not so good and bright anymore. And it has not been in or near water. Dissatisfied.”

“Tracy was responsive and prompt. However, she stuffed up the order at least twice. I'm not sure if this is her fault but I've had to wait an extra 2 and a half months for my order.”

“Love my moon lamp! When I first received it, I was a bit worried with what it looked like before charging and lighting up. But once it was turned on, I couldn’t have been happier. Customer service was awesome. They respond quickly to any concerns. Would definitely order again.”
