ordered 380 euro of clothing for my new EMTB bike, stated delivery date 14/16 April still not received full order as of today 26/04 no sensible updates. do not order unless happy to wait two weeks extra :(:( Then after signing up for account get junk mail to add insult to injury every day but no order delivered

Ordered 4 items on 12 Feb 2022, one arrived after a couple of weeks and was just left lying in the middle of our driveway not at the front door! Anyone could have stolen it. The other three items I am still awaiting delivery of and it is now 02 March. These are for the ski season and I leave the ski resort in 4 days. Will never buy from here again.

Sportpursuit have taken £132.00 from my bank account for an order but claim they cannot find my order they should either supply the goods or refund my account , to claim they cannot see the order is ridiculous , its impossible to speak to them by phone and I cannot get any sense on their help email . appalling customer service others beware!

I ordered a pair of Sealskinz Halo overshoes in size L which should be correct for my size 9 shoes. I then saw a review on YouTube which showed that they would be too small. I immediately contacted Sportpursuit and requested that the size be changed to XL. I was informed that this was not possible even though the order was placed less than 30 min. earlier When the overshoes arrived they were much too small just like the ones in the video. Now I am expected to pay £3.50 to return them. This is not acceptable A) because the sizing guide is grossly incorrect. B) because I attempted to edit my order within the 30 minute timescale required on the website instructions. All I want is a pair of overshoes which fit or my money back without deductions.

I haven't received my items despite Royal Mail indicated that it has been delivered. Contacted customer service to no avail. Never return any correspondence. Would never buy again from this site.

Ordered a Bolle one premium cycle helmet, and was actually sent a Bolle Standard messenger helmet, which is a much cheaper entry level helmet. I sent photos of the helmet and copies of the original order, all to no avail. Can't speak to anyone and get little to no response. Please do not use this site, it's run by totally unscrupulous people with no customer care at all. The packaging on the helmet box had actually had a different label stuck o er the top to hide the inferior product packaging. Totally disposable behavior.

An update on my earlier review: turns out the website error I encountered when trying to effect payment using Paypal was due to an out of date paypal authorisation on my account. Once informed this was the problem I deleted this obsolete authorisation (within account settings) and the problem was solved and I was able to make payment using Paypal. I did point out that the accuracy and relevance of their website error messaging needs improvement to avoid further customer misunderstandings. Notwithstanding the above my order should arrive promptly as it has done so most reliably in the past.

I've purchased items from SportPursuit several times in the past and have always paid using Paypal. However, on this latest occasion, I keep getting an error message whenever I try to effect payment using Paypal. The problem appears on all browsers that I use (Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge and even Internet Explorer). And on more than one PC. I can only conclude that Sportspursuit are being disingenuous offering Paypal as they really prefer that you use an alternative payment method as they probably do not like the protection that Paypal offers buyers. Needless to say I have not made a purchased on this occasion. Perhaps I will shop with SportPursuit in a month or two if they change their behaviour. Note that I did contact SportsPursuit on more than one occasion regarding this issue but to no avail.

Two orders placed, waited months, neither delivered. They appear to be selling items they don't have. Would recommend shopping elsewhere.

I ordered in 18/01/21 three products with value of €365. I contacted the company the same day to confirm the delivery day, as their website estimation was for September '21 (9 months later!). They assured me that the products should be dispatched at 03/02/21 (almost 1 month later) and I decided to wait, as one of the products was a present. After several communications, in which they could not provide any information on the delivery status, there came back on 01/03/21 (2.5 months after I placed the order) to tell me that "unfortunately, it looks like your item has been lost in the post". The item was lost because Sportpursuit charges €8 delivery costs and they send the package via common post and not with a proper courier that has tracking service! It is frustrating! They cancelled may order of course. (700148824)

Unacceptable service. For a month I was waiting my parcel to reach and didn t receive it never. Their justification is that the delivery service is slow in my country. We are talking about Bucharest where all the big players have network, ups, gls, everybody. I m receiving parcels from the States is less than a week. I lost 380 pounds!

Ordered a sport watch, over 2 weeks and still no watch. And I paid for delivery. When I complain they still want me to pay to return it!!! Complete joke of a company

Sold a faulty jacket for £160 (RRP £300). Worn a handful of times and its ripped plus the fabric is really worn. Customer service shocking! This is the first time I've ever posted a review, thats how disappointed I am in wasting my money with this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Spent £95 on dry robes that were listed but turned out not stocked. Delivery date passed so I tried to make an enquiry, no reply on phone, email response very frustrating, all sounds legit "we have opened a case for you with a reference number" etc but no refund for over 6 wks. Only got a refund by raising a PayPal dispute. In the meantime I received 169 spam ads from this company! I don't like leaving bad reviews but people, you have been warned; read the reviews before you part with any money.

I have used sp for many years however note items poorly described, no advice re sizing resulting in returns. Returns system is like their deliveries slow. Often they cancel an order about one in five. Price is no longer enough to put up with their systems. I would rather pay more for guaranteed delivery and easy returns

Ordered several items and all delivered and as expected. Have noticed that you can get the items cheaper elsewhere at times so be aware the RRP might have been when the item/range was launched a year or two ago 🤔
