Clothing sizes on the website are inaccurate, returns have to be funded at your own cost, quality is questionable

I don't mind wait longer but if you give an estimate delivery date(28-31March) you should respect it. One week after the estimated delivery and I still haven't received my parcel. One week after the estimated delivery and their customer service doesn't reply. For an on line company your logistic is very poor as it is your customer service.

When I click to buy this Winterjacke I don’t see if the package comes after 12 days, it’s usually 3-5 days. When it arrived, I want to return it because it’s quite small and came too late. I bought it from another supplier. I must pay for return fee. For me it’s bad experience from SportPursuit, I better buy it by Zalando👍.

I have been trying to contact them to return 2 jackets (which are over sized) and cancel 3 undelivered items and there is no response to my repeated request via their website.

Sent the completely wrong order and I waited 25 days to receive this item. Not happy at all customer service is a joke

Took a long while to arrive, took ages to get a response and refund when I sent it back. When I did sent it back I had to chase for a response and then you deducted the cost of the return from the refund of my item.... really poor company, service and values... I also get bombarded with marketing from you... will not use again and will share my experience with others

Ordered jacket 9th Jan,received a tracking order 11th Jan,no update since then. Sent email 20th Jan,no reply! Rang customer service, no answer,requested ring back,still waiting. Awful service!

Appalling service and customer service. Ordered wife's boots on 6 Dec, arrived 8 Jan on 48hour postage. Zero help from customer service, struggling to get a refund. Avoid at all costs. The stress and ripoff is not worth the saving.

Ordered my item on 26th December was notified it had been despatched on 29th on a 48 hr delivery. Still not received and no response from Sport Pursuit’s supposedly excellent customer services team. Would not use this company again!

I ordered some goods online which did not stat a delivery date until after the purchase was made. If I knew the goods would ups not arrive until after Christmas I would not have purchased. As consumer rights I asked for a refund which I was advised would be in my account in 3-5 days. 8 days later still waiting and no response to my emails.

I had ordered a Julbo ski goggles but received a pair of cheap Red Bull sunglassess in the package instead. I have tried to reach the customer suport for any assistance about this issue for hours without any sucess. Order 104263386

Good prices but you never get a reply to telephone calls (even when you use the call back service) or e-mails to their customer services department!

I ordered few items on the 13th of October and we received it today, the 15th of November, 10 days later than they announced at the purchasing moment. So in my opinion is ok.

Very poor service. I received items that i hadn't ordered and made contact for a return attaching photos. There was a period of email tennis asking me to clarify the situation and attach photos, offering me a Royal Mail return that didn't work and another one which I would have to pay for and finally a return that worked. I've sent the incorrect items back using this, having to take time off work to access a post office. I have still not received the original goods or a refund. I am very disappointed by the service of Sport Pursuit as it seems that if I had just kept the goods - much more expensive than the goods i ordered and sold them on FB that would be fine, but by being honest i have been penalised by their atrocious email based system and poorly trained staff who didn't seem to know what they were doing, or even how to check an email trail.

Absolutely rubbish online shop I ordered a pair of Salomon boots wich after 6 months started to fall apart on both forefoots .I put pictures and an honest review on their website and it was taken down a few minutes later.They wanted my £170 for the boots and then just took down my review like that ? Utter garbage - PLEASE SATAY WELL CLEAR
