I have ordered a dining tablet set a few months ago which was cheap £60 but it was so bad, writhin the same was wobbly, was hard to fit together, Whithin a month the chairs broke one by one and the table is really wobbly, I haven’t even finish paying instalments which is rnoying because it was worth nothing! Rubbish won’t be getting anything from there again unless it’s something small

I ordered a dining table set that arrived with missing parts, after a 45 minute phone call to studio, which isn’t cheap, I was told to parcel up all the boxes and as a goodwill gesture it would be collected “free of charge” I should think so too. I then reordered the same dining set which cost another £20 for delivery, to find when it arrived the same parts as previous package were missing plus “All” screws. After 75 minutes on the phone, this time being offered a £10 discount if I kept it, I politely said NO. So I again had to pack it all up for collection. I have been using studio for many years now, but after this ordeal I won’t be using them again. You have lost a good customer studio 👎

Item ordered on the 19th and STILL have not received it! Have to wait until the 2nd of November to claim lost item. I have emailed customer service THREE times and have not received a reply! I am now being told my payment is overdue......payment for an item i have not received! This had better not effect my credit ratings! Shoddy company with even worse customer service AND they use Hermes....enough said. Do not deserve 1 Star but had no choice!

The have in the past sent alternative items even although I stated not to This time they have surpassed themselves spend £50 get £20 off and free delivery. They have processed half the order 3 items out of stock 2 they just missed therefore lo and behold no £20 off If it looks too good to be true it is too god to be true. They have offered to process 2 missing items but that will cost me more. I think this will be my last year ordering Customer Edinburgh

I ordered 3 items over a month ago. I didn’t receive any of them, and was told I had to wait 15 days until my parcel could be declared as lost. Then I was told I can’t have a refund until I sign a form in, which I still haven’t received. Over £130 spent. They took two days to reply to each of my emails, which went on for three weeks. I was then told not to contact them until I have the form, and that I won’t get a refund yet. Then was told if I want the items I should pay again for them, before having a refund for the one’s I never received. Awful!

i used studio first time and all products arrived on time, exactly what i ordered and perfect condition.... they didn't even take a penny off me but sent all items on time....a total of £263.65. i dont see the problem with them and will use them again....if uve had bad experience its not necessary thats what they are...

They had the best price at the time for the item that I was looking to buy, so much so approximately three weeks later I returned to the site and low and behold they still had the best price that I could find, so I bought a larger version of th item.

Terrible company, request an invoice for one item for warranty reasons and each time it fails to arrive. Been asking now for over a month and clam constantly told, "I'll send you an invoice, please wait a week". Will be talking to citizens advice about my legal steps next....

Studio is a complete joke. Please save yourself a lot of time and never order from them go elsewhere. Invoiced for items I have not received and have been told some items are out of stock but another staff member says in stock! Customer services so unprofessional it's laughable lol Couldn't get my first order right will not order from them again. What a waste of my time!

Pathetic! Customer service is an absolute joke. I received broken items, called customer service several times. They promised to free collection but it was all a lie. No arrangements were made. Stay away!!!!!!

Personalised toy box was a mess. Black paint mark on and chipped front panel. Tried to get money off as it was badly damaged, couldn’t agree on how much discount. They asked me to return after half hour at premium call rate, complete joke! So now they have a personalised return with an unusual name. Ridiculous!

Stay away absolute rip off. The delivery driver touched my bum and made vile comments to me. and when i reported it they wouldn't speak to my boyfriend had to be me even when I gave my permission for him to deal with it. Still nothing has been done about it. The interest is an absolute joke also

Poor customer service. Badly run. Had me ringing several times to sort an order that never turned up to cost me £15 on my bill. Yet won't refund me absolute joke Stay away!!!!!

Whenever I order it always comes incomplete and I am expected to reorder, assuming I will be charged another p+p I never reorder. Why is my full order not kept and when the out of stock items come in sent to me? A customer should not be expected to pay further p+p charges.

Send in an order only received half of it when I rang them they couldn't find it but all was ordered on same order form.

All I wanted to do was order a fairly expensive item but as I was going away I did not want it deliverd for another 14 days rather than 3-7 days which is their standard delivery. You would think that to be a reasonable request but no that is not allowed . It must be 3-7 days. I explained that I would be away but that made no difference. I decide to have the item delivered to my neighbour but the online order form said I could not do that. I had to phone up ! So I phoned up said I wanted to change the delivery address but was told as I did not have my account number to hand I could not do that even though I had given them all my contact details. So back I go online, retrieve my account number and ring again. This time I am told that the contact phone number I give is incomplete (although on the 2 previous calls this was not queried and indeed was complete) so I must say what I have ordered from them in the past. By this time (an hour from my original contact) I am losing the will to live. Eventually my order is accepted and sent to my neighbours address. I would have ordered somewhere else but could not find this particular item anywhere else. 1/5 Studio - I understand the need for data protection but you take it to another level - you are full of bureaucracy

Their customer service is shocking. If their is anything wrong with your delivery (even if it was they who sent the wrong thing) it will cost you to return it. I have had no response to my message and calls to them are not cheap. I would never use them again and couldn't recommend them to anyone.
