“ Ordered in September part 1 of the order which two items arrived and I was told by Evri that the other parcel had come to their warehouse open and had been sent back to them,I then got in touch with Evri and received proof that Studio had received the return,Studio claimed they have never received and also claim they have proof of my delivery because of the photo Evri took for the first part of the order, to put it into perspective I ordered two coats,a shower curtain. ”

“ Order was delivered today, however i need to return an item. Studio charged £4.99 for delivery, and now want £4.99 for a single small item return. That's nearly £10 extra on top of the original price.... This is absolutely shocking. I will give the dress away before paying this to return it. Disgraceful customer service. ”

“ I didn't receive my delivery the courier in the area that not to my address I was in all day I have bought this up on several occasions and keep getting told it has been rejected even though I've proved it was not my building shown videos of my building and the entrance which looks nothing like the entrance of the building they was delivered to I don't have a concierge so it was not left or should have been left with anyone and yet they still expect me to pay for this this won't be happening again can't trust to delivery courier that they use contrast them ”

“ 6 months ago ordered tv unit never arrived but was threatened with legal action if didn't pay the bill plus delivery late payment and interest still got no satisfaction from them shopped with them for years never ad trouble before dont seem to care about there customers it was my daughter in law who ordered for me cos i culdnt get through to them . ”
