Shocking! Ordered 16 th of November and still not received! I had half refund and they saying other half arrived ! No response for my 25 emails! Communication awful. Customer service awful. Don’t recommend at all! Scamming people ! Absolutely unacceptable! Legal action taking !

Products shoddy, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE and postage prices way to high especially when on a recent order I had to pay 3 postage for 1 order as they have them in different locations.

I gave it a few days thinking another parcel would arrived! No such luck! I eventually got customer service through email & they said they where looking into this ‘horrific matter’🙈 (my missing items) They got back to me a few days later saying everything was in the bag, having attached the picture of the very small parcel bag I asked how my 7 items could possibly fit in this extremely small bag after all it was a ‘Mary Poppins’ bag! They said ‘the matter is now closed’ I asked for the customer service managers number or email but no reply.

Scam company!!!!! Totally not fit for purpose. Ordered 3 x 60cm infinity Christmas mains operated multicoloured decorations. Recieved 3x 30cm battery single colour scratched pathetic ones. 3 times promised collection & still nothing. Not even the promised email to confirm. Totally useless virtual customer service that achieved nothing. This company is a joke. I begrudge giving this sham the 1 star.

OMG I so wish I had done some homework regarding this awful company before I purchased. No order delivered and ordered back in September and I can't even get this order cancelled and my money back, they fob you off on the chat and disconnect you - terrible customer service. They should be investigated and shut down. terrible company terrible customer service - quick enough to take your money but won't give it back

Items paid, items missing, not delivered. Studio contacted to resolved. Assured items would be received within a week later and still nothing. Contacted again and told merchants would be contacted but no refund given. Will NOT be ordering from Studio again! Absolute terrible service! For the money.. will be seeking legal action.

This went on for months until finally in tears I managed to speak to somebody in debt recovery who I informed that I was going to report the harassment to Financial Ombudsmen Service and Police.

I am still waiting for a refund of £146.08 been waiting 2 months? customer service attitude is appalling.just keep going backwards and forward? Want to close my account can't do that? This company needs to be avoided.customer service no help.no refund very angry and disappointed I want this refund dealt with immediately

Very difficult to make a return. Trying to find a returns label is impossible as there is no returns label in the parcel. Customer service is difficult as it’s as though they are reading off a script in a foreign accent. I have stopped buying clothes from them as the fit is bad and then you have the problem of trying to return. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
