"Shocking! Ordered 16 th of November and still not received! I had half refund and they saying other half arrived ! No response for my 25 emails! Communication awful. Customer service awful. Don\u2019t recommend at all! Scamming people ! Absolutely unacceptable! Legal action taking !"

"Would give 0 stars if possible. \r\nI ordered a sideboard in October with delivery on 2nd november. \r\nIt's now 15th Dec and still not got my item....\r\nI have been in contact with them via email on many occasions .\r\nI managed to get through on chat last week. After explaining everything and getting nowhere the agent disconnected my call.....very rude.....\r\n.I got straight back online to talk to another agent. \r\nEventually she told me all they could do as studio had cancelled my order last week ( without my consent ) was to offer me 20% off my next order and free delivery\r\nThe cost for the original order was added to my studio credit account in October and I am now chasing them up to get this money back into my account, and still awaiting the email to confirm the agreed discount \r\nAfter leaving a negative review I was emailed by studio to say they had sent me an email to reply to in order to resolve the issue\r\nYes you can imagine, this has not arrived in my inbox either\r\nI ordered matching tables just prior to ordering the sideboard and there were no issues with these\r\nIs it too much to ask to receive my item that I have already been charged for ?"

"Do Not Use This Company!\r\nI have been a customer of this company for more than 10 years, I have never had a problem until now!\r\n\r\nI ordered 7 items (some large) I received my order & there was 1 item in the parcel bag. I gave it a few days thinking another parcel would arrived! No such luck!\r\n\r\nI eventually got customer service through email & they said they where looking into this \u2018horrific matter\u2019\ud83d\ude48 (my missing items)\r\n\r\nThey got back to me a few days later saying everything was in the bag, having attached the picture of the very small parcel bag I asked how my 7 items could possibly fit in this extremely small bag after all it was a \u2018Mary Poppins\u2019 bag!\r\n\r\nThey said \u2018the matter is now closed\u2019\r\nI asked for the customer service managers number or email but no reply.\r\n\r\nSo I got the pleasure of paying for items I don\u2019t have & having to deal with all this hassle.\r\n\r\nDo Not Use This Company!"

"Bought the Maya Mango Rocking Chair. I've not even had it a month and the runners along the bottom have cracked. The colour of the cussion is alot darker than it was in the image also. \r\n\r\nI was given a delivery date for a week after repurchase. Spoilers it didn't show up. It did eventually come about 16 days after purchase but there was no communication. Not sure what the point of saying it would be delivered on a specific day if it was still going to be in the warehouse. \r\n\r\nThe chair is cheaply made and even tho I got it at a discounted price I still don't think it's worth it. Avoid"
