The next day 1 day after delivery should have happened and 4 messages from me later, 2 asking to complain, i get a response advising the item was lost in transit and would i like a refund or it to be resent.

Item now out of stock.. supposedly refunding!! Back to the floor required for directors put yourselves in your customers shoes!!

I ordered online, on 24th, some wipes and polished nails, paid for the delivery the next day and it's never came. Trying to call super drug but your phone doesn't work. So?

Was told the cancellation couldn't be guaranteed even though delivery takes up to 7 days.

No customer service people to speak to. New delivery people Evri (Hermes) not delivering or calling or letting you know when expect delivery. Superdrug told me half my order out of stock the day the rest despatched. Impossible to get help from anyone. Will never order on line again with them.

Worst customer service. Late delivery of products and offered beauty points equal to £2 despite saying I don't have a beauty card. Mainly self-interested company with no customer care or support in place.

He fobbed me off , told me i was wrong even tho tracking hadnt changed all week and lied to me about the delivery .
