Only received 19 items of the 32 items I ordered online. Superdrug won't refund missing items saying all items were despatched. Sticker on my box states box weight was 0.002kg. When I've raised the issue of the weight of box they won't confirm what weight of the box was.

Do not use this company online. Customer services are practically non existence. They just keep sending the same automated reply. Send you the wrong goods. They tell you to send a photo of your returns receipt to give you a quick refund but then ignore your e-mail. Shocking customer service. If you like talking to a robot go ahead and use them. I am am taking this matter further. Will not use Superdrug again. Be warned.

I ordered on-line as I am recovering from surgery and cannot get to a store. Most of the productions I received were damaged and in addition covered in shower gel as the lid had come off one of them. None of their online contact methods worked and when I called my local store they said I could only get a refund if I brought the products back. I explained why I couldn't do this but they couldn't help. I wouldn't order from them again.

The next day 1 day after delivery should have happened and 4 messages from me later, 2 asking to complain, i get a response advising the item was lost in transit and would i like a refund or it to be resent.

I paid £20 for a doctor's diagnosis of (what turned out to be) a reaction to a spider bite - Superdrug.com took my money and never got back to me. Even after I demanded a refund and an apology (and yes, that was over a week ago). AVOID AVOID AVOID! These people are unethical.

Ordered and paid for Gillette /Braun beard trimmer from Superdrug next dy delivery at store in abbeycenter shop my order no 10040081238 Went three times no product available Asked to contact staff online did so terrible response from staff in a store on. Headset in London still no product told to go to store to complain Went to store told to complain online ASKED FOR REFUND TOLD NO WAY Emailed customer service no help from generic reply These guys re the worst Ihave ever experienced so busy ignoring the customer and blaming it on warehouse etc Still no product ,no refund , no answers PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I didn’t receive my refund, despite receiving emails stating orders have been cancelled. Orders are showing as refunded on their system but nothing has come through to my bank account. No refund given for online order returned as good were faulty they told me they didn't recognise the tracking number on the label downloaded from their website. List £26. Several emails sent, they clearly don't care.

They delivered my order to Scotland uk I live in Jersey Channel Islsnd and are refusing to refund my money so it is actually truly theft it was not a small order and there is no email that you get a reply from or telephone number to speak with someone. Chat services always evasive

1 item couldn't be delivered due to stock issues and Superdrug decided that as I'd paid partly in points for my order that a disproportionate amount of the points id used were on that one item they couldn't give me so they wanted to give me points back instead of refunding me 1/3 of the cash I'd paid.
