“Intial Visit 6 pm March 28th Asked assistant to Show me a Product location Very Helpful and Pleasant Surprised to Find Beauty Salon at Back of Store A pleasant Sales assistant approached and Asked if I needed Help Again Impressed Spent a little time away from back Off Shop Colleting Some Essentials The Same The Heath and Beauty Same Assistant asked me if I needed Further help in a Different Isle Her personality immediately Shone Through” Very pleasant nature I complimented her and asked her Name Scarlet I asked for Manager at Tills so I could pass on my Shopping experience The Multi Tasking Staff All with a Wonderful interaction in Particular Scarlet are a Credit to your Company Chilwell Nottingham”

“I have the app and get regular updates on offers via email and I am happy to say they are excellent and that the staff are really helpful and friendly in store especially Arena staff Green Lanes they provide a great customer service and I have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends”

“Superdrug in Woking are always very helpful and friendly. Yesterday I once again had reason to enjoy my visit. Lovely Federico was so amazing helping me to find various things I needed. She was delightful! Also, the staff on the counter when I went to pay were a real pleasure to deal with Couldn’t be better!”

“Whilst shopping in your Truro store an assistant called Amy approached my wife and asked if she required help the wife told her what she was looking for and then the assistant led her to the product and then she advised her that the larger size was a better value for money she was really polite and friendly and professional lovely experience.”

“Today I received fantastic service fro Abbie at Superdrug at Drakes Shopping Centre, Plymouth. Abbie was very helpful and very polite . I was buying some things from your store and I noticed that there was only one item on the shelf . Abbie immediately collected some more of these for me. Thankyou very much .”

“I have been a regular customer at Superdrug for many many years. I now shop at Superdrug Thornton Heath on a regular basis. The staff are brilliant. Especially Keanah who is a Team Leader at the store. She is fantastic. She has always been very helpful in the past and still continues to do so. I purchased a Superdrug SIM card and was having trouble in activating the card. I explained the problem to Keanah. My phone now works fine. Keanah is very professional and has always been very pleasant whenever I talk to her. She is a credit to Superdrug. She deserves 10 stars.”

“Went to Superdrug yesterday Wednesday 22nd of March 2023 in The Ridings in Wakefield to look at buying an Oral B Brush..I asked for the help of one of the assistant who was very pleasant and very helpful indeed.. I was shown the item I was interested in and asked how much it was and was told it was £89-99p but it so happened it had been put in the Sale that day at £39-99p I was delighted and bought it.. The assistant and Cashier was named Louise..So thank you for your help it was much appreciated Louise I’ll certainly be in again..10 out of 10 for exceptional service..😀👍”

“I shopped at the new Superdrug store in Stane Park, Stanway, Colchester for the first time today since it opened and purchased some perfumes and gifts. I was delighted with the Assistant ‘Kayleigh’ who took time and interest to help me and had such a lovely calm manner and gave me a Health & Beauty Card for future use. Although she was very busy, she never made me feel rushed. Please mention to her, that you some complimentary feed back and hope it brightens her day. Thank you”

“I just had to do a review for Legendary Customer Service given to me by Jake. He was very helpful to me (0AP} when shopping at your Ross on Wye store, he twice went to the Stockroom to look for Olay Skincare Products and enabled me to access these while on an offer. So refreshing to receive this kind of service a not hear the words "if it's not on the shelf we don't have it" nothing was too much trouble for Jake and I felt very special and happy. Welldone Jake keep up your friendly,efficient service you are a credit to Superdrug. When I took my purchases to the till, I was served by another pleasant young man whose name was Luke. Welldone Superdrug I will be back for more of your offers and Legendary Customer Care. Pam”
