“Rarely do I encounter a sales experience that is so distinctive and positive that I am motivated to go back to the website to see what else I might buy from them! “I love my new Ojbro Vantfabrik gloves! I have Raynaud’s and these gloves keep my fingers so toasty I’m not running inside every 10 minutes to warm my hands! I’ll be able to tolerate the Michigan winters while wearing these wonderful gloves.”

“Bought my husband Dachstein dark green mitts with fingerless gloves. He's a hunter and has already used them twice in some 30 degree feel weather. He LOVES them. It was a windy day for yesterday's hunt and he held hands up to test wind resistance ...no wind gets through. Initially they seemed a little snug at the openings of glove part of mitts but he said they are fine and knows they will just fit better with time having owned 100% wool mitts in past. Length and width as expected and fit well. Customer service/response both to email and phone has been excellent, prompt and friendly. We've now ordered the warmest cap and might even by my brother one as well for Christmas. Love the Dachstein story and this store's way of conducting business. Refreshing!”

“My Fager Ingun Merino Wool Wrist Warmers (Öjbro) far surpassed my expectations, they are lovely and very soft and warm. My daughter's Dalarna Dala mittens are beautiful with the added comfort of a light fleece lining. The package arrived well before the designated time and included special wrapping, a hand addressed card to myself and a Halloween candy. Thank you so much for the very special gift.”

“Easy to buy-sizing spot on. Gloves so warm-waiting for winter for true test! Gloves came in nice package with hand written envelope with stickers, hand witten card and gummy bears for Halloween!! What a great surprise-customer service :)”

“Rick and Adriene were very helpful in emails back to me helping with sizing on gloves, after being personally recommended by the makers in Sweden! When my gloves and hat arrived, they were packaged very nicely, including a personalized thank-you card. Wonderful dealing with them, great experience!”

“These guys are awesome! Despite clear measuring instructions, I was not happy with my fit and decided to go up a size on my mittens. Absolutely no problem!! The exchange was really, really easy and the replacement pair was back with in days. I love my wool mittens, and so do my cold fingers!”

“Honestly these guys saved me last winter. They told me what to try and I fell in love with the gloves I bought. I have extreme sensitivity to cold and their products keep my hands so warm. I got the possum down gloves and woolen mittens.”

“I normally don't endorse products, but the Ojbro Swedish gloves I purchased from Sweater Chalet are so important a purchase that I feel I must make an exception. I suffer from Raynaud's Syndrome, and cold weather is highly detrimental to the circulation of my fingers. I've tried every glove imaginable to get some relief, and this glove is by far the best. The Raynaud's Foundation endorses this product, too, and Sweater Chalet has formed a supportive affiliation with them. We patients are greatly appreciative to both!”
