As a regular customer of takealot, I will never ever purchase from takealot again. I bought an Airfryer only 6 weeks ago, and mind you its still under warranty. I only used it about 4 times, and the last time I used it on only 180 degrees, the elements overheated and melted the inside of the Airfryer. I submitted a return for a refund, and they declined the refund saying its user damage?! how in the hell do "I" burn the inside of an Airfyer causing it to melt? Only people with common sense would know its impossible and its very obvious that the unit malfunctioned!!! Its impossible to get a hold of the department that does the assessment to get answers! because they clearly now this is wrong ! Phoning the call centre and all they say is they will escalate?! I have been dealing with this for almost a week just to be told its my fault, and not getting any clear answers from them as to how they came to the conclusion that I burnt the machine?! Takelaot must close business for being unlawful!!
