Only people with common sense would know its impossible and its very obvious that the unit malfunctioned!!! Its impossible to get a hold of the department that does the assessment to get answers! because they clearly now this is wrong ! Phoning the call centre and all they say is they will escalate?! I have been dealing with this for almost a week just to be told its my fault, and not getting any clear answers from them as to how they came to the conclusion that I burnt the machine?! Takelaot must close business for being unlawful!! ”
