“I would avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!!! Michael made a lot of promises in the beginning, especially indicating that they could handle our OIC (offer in compromise) and get it processed in about 6 months. We signed with them based on this sales pitch. However, our first agent with Tax Relief Systems apparently got sick and resigned and they never assigned us to another agent. We had to keep following up with them in order to get another person to take over our case. We finally got assigned to someone else, however, it has been a year and a half and we still don’t have an OIC agreement. They keep blaming it on the pandemic and have been very rude to us when we ask about the status. I would never, never have signed on with them and paid them $5400 if I had known how rude and slow they would be with our case.”
