Paul visited my place from team heat. It was quick response. Must say paul has midas touch in his hands. I really appreciate this and happy with service.

Honestly cannot thank Team Heat enough! We were completely stuck so had to get an emergency call out as our boiler wasnt firing or providing hot water, which sadly for us turned out to be a bigger job than expected! Less than 24 hours later we have a brand new boiler, heating etc fully restored and had a great experience! Would really recommend as the whole thing was effortless and now we have peace of mind along with a 10 year warranty! Thank you!!

Avoid!!! Extortionate, misleading, do not use!! Address on invoice is wrong too. Not at that address.

Extremely expensive call out charge 150. For further minor job, cancelled at last minute x2. Very short 30minute notice period before finally arrived the third time. Total 9 days waiting with no water to sink. 150 additional charge for plug and small piece of tubing under sink. Very expensive. Would not recommend.

Very pricey, even by todays standards. £120 call out to tell me there was no plumbing leak, and rather than reseal the bath edge, they sent me a video of it. 2 weeks later asked for £350 to replace 2 taps. No thanks.

I had some good initial experiences with Teamheat. However, when it came to installing a new boiler, things did not go as expected. In the initial conversation about the installation, I was told it would take place the following Monday. Work commenced on the Monday, but continued until the Wednesday. The installer tended to arrive around around 10:00 and leave by around 16:30. The first time this happened the installer told me he had already been working elsewhere and would go on to work elsewhere. I was left sitting in a cold apartment with no hot water for those three days and the preceding weekend. When it came to payment, there was an issue with completing the transaction. The installer said the problem was with my iPhone. But it seemed to be working just fine - and, indeed, I used my iPhone not long after to make another purchase. I ended up paying directly from my current account, as it was the quickest though less than ideal way to complete the transaction and move on. Another issue was the annual service, which was sold as signing up to a monthly direct debit. Some other service providers take one payment at or after the time of the service. This of course ensures the customer retains any interest in their bank or BS account (however minimal), rather than it heading to the service provider.

Hi many thanks for your review. I would like to note that unfortunately due to the amount of work that was required to complete your job it did take time to complete. I would like to inform you that the installation was carried out during the begin of covid 19. Trade counters for collection of materials had a one person in policy leaving engineers queueing up to 1-1.5 hours for collection of materials in the mornings. Our engineers day starts at 7:30 leaving the office. And before work starts on site there is work that is unseen at times by the customer to complete such jobs. Engineer left site at 4:30 after completing a full days work I appreciate you were left with no hot water but given it was a combination boiler no hot water can be supplied untill the full job is complete tested and commisioned. You have made note to the direct debit. Many of our customers find this to be a fantastic service as the customer is reminded by Teamheat each year before the annual service is due this therefore helps to keep manufactuers warranties in place. Direct debit customers also have a priority booking in the system as they have pre paid for their service. Customers who have not had the pre paid direct debit have found themselves forgetting about their annual service and have found that their warranties have become void due to going over the 12 month period. With regards to the payment terminal unfortunately i cannot provide a comment other than technology at times does not work correctly. And the majority of the time we have no issues. The terminals do run on wireless wifi and there is a possbilty that we were in an apartment building and a connection could not be reached. We wish you luck in the future Teamheat

Not a good company for repairs. Charge £120 for an initial call out and youll never hear from them again to do the actual work. Very poor.

Had an oil to gas conversion carried out by teamheat in February 2020 I have been enjoying the benefits of gas heating. Very pleased with the installation and the professional way in which the work was carried out. I would highly recommend.

I had an excellent service from Paul Craig from quote to installation in 1 week of a new oil boiler. A reasonable price, and very neat and professional installation. He also kept me well informed on exactly what would be done and when.

Needed replacement boiler. Talked me through options and quoted a very competitive price. Work completed as scheduled. No mess, no fuss. Explained the operation of the system in layman's terms. Great to have a warm home again. Happy to recommend.

After a great experience last year 2019. 4 no shows for boiler servicing over August-September 2020 without even a courtesy text to say sorry cant make it we found this to be poor a experience.

Paul went the extra mile, and a bit more during my boiler replacement. It turned out to be a lot more complicated than expected, but Paul made sure that everything worked perfectly. He was knowledgeable and excellent at explaining everything that he did. He is reliable and professional. I can highly recommending Paul and his colleagues.
