"I bought a WordPress template from TemplateMonster and I\u2019m very happy with it! There are many options to choose from, the website is easy to use, and the templates are high quality. "I purchased a theme from TemplateMonster, and after the six-month support period expired, the theme started having compatibility issues with Elementor. The page builder stopped functioning properly because the theme was no longer up to date. I contacted the theme author, who promptly fixed the issue, but they informed me that TemplateMonster was taking a long time to approve the update that would resolve the bug and restore full functionality.\r\n\r\nWhen I reached out to TemplateMonster support, they claimed that the update had been released on January 30th, 2025. However, I never received any email notification about this, nor did my account dashboard reflect any new status, update, or release information in any way. I had been waiting for weeks, unable to work on my website, all because TemplateMonster failed to communicate transparently.\r\n\r\nI raised my concerns with their support team about the lack of transparency, only to have many of my questions ignored. Instead, they told me that my support had expired and that I would need to renew it for $77. However, it is not my responsibility to pay for an update that should be made available to all customers, regardless of support status.\r\n\r\nTemplateMonster\u2019s handling of this situation feels dishonest and misleading. Their lack of communication and refusal to address a critical issue shows a complete disregard for their customers. This was my first purchase from them, and I deeply regret it. I will never buy from TemplateMonster again\u2014this experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of time and money. Their customer support is terrible, and their platform lacks basic transparency regarding updates."

"I recently bought a template from TemplateMonster, and overall, I\u2019m really happy with it. The design was exactly what I was looking for, and it was pretty easy to customize once I got the hang of it. I did run into a few minor issues during installation, but their support team was quick to help and got everything sorted. It\u2019s nice to know they\u2019re responsive when you need them. I wouldn\u2019t say everything was perfect from the start, but with a little patience and support, my website turned out great. I\u2019d definitely consider buying from them again"
