“Great discounts and product offering for menswear but they catch you out on delivery and returns/refunds... As an online retailer, to not cover returns postage is so old fashioned and basically unheard of nowadays! To also offer 'free' delivery but then conveniently charge you once you return part of your order (if it is not within their 'free delivery' threshold) is incredibly sneaky. Make sure that you're definitely going to keep the items before you buy! Website is unclear on these procedures and lets them down on an overall very robust website and decent product range.”
