“8 wardrobe boxes ordered but delivered in 2 separate consignments, with only the first consignment arriving on the expected day. The second consignment arrived the following day while we were out and was received by a neighbour. All OK in the end but, thanks to DPD, a little bit of extra stress I could have done without.”

Hello, we do not undertake moves, we only send moving home packing materials. Maybe you have use confused with the moving company you hired to undertaker your move?

“Great selection of boxes ideal for our move. Very strong and not too big so that you don’t get carried away packing and can’t lift the boxes. Arrived quickly and in good condition. We have a very large house, so may need to order more, especially as some are off to France and the others to another house in UK.”

Hello, we rarely receive a negative complaint about the quality of our boxes. Our boxes are all double walled and used by the removals industry directly. Should we receive direct contact from our customers with issues, we provide a full refund or return as part of our standard policy… We assume you used the boxes.
