“Your service is good and you are quickly and easily accessible. However, I do have a side note. I have now twice ordered a shirt size m which later turns out to be a bit too big and way too big. The return costs are incredibly high, partly due to Brexit. Now I understand that there is not much you can do about that, but what you can do is place a size chart on your site. With such a size chart I would not have had two shirts which of the return costs are higher than the price of the shirt. I don't dare to just order a shirt from you anymore because I have no idea what size I should have.”
