Thanks for the waste of a time gift, il never shop with u again your customer service is horrendous your process of complaints is terrible and worse still you dont even care! As of this morning iv had to initiate a returns that i will have to travel and go out of my way to send back, because of your messup not mine, im the customer?! I order online, it arrives.

Never will I purchase a thing from The Fragrance Shop online. I returned an item via Collect+ 4 wks ago and no refund !!! I have taken pictures of the order their mistake they sent me a 60ml bottle instead of 100ml product so basically charged me for something I did not get. Disgraceful returns service the worst I have ever had online shocking.
