It was a great experience. I got by order right after a few days shipping from HK to Australia. I always bought stuff from them.

2 times ordered 2 orders:Both times double charge!I was advised by my bank to wait 14days as they keep duplicate amounts on hold!Still waiting 4 my money to be released!Customer service no help:different operators & different answers!Definitely never again buying there,awful !

Unbelievable- beyond any questions of late shipping and refund issues. This website tried to double charge me ! This is true crime. I ordered from this site many times I don’t know what’s going on here. Everyone knows the amount is being charged with the minute you created your order! And it did. That was five days ago and today! Just now I got a message from my bank saying that the OUTNET tried to charge me again with the same order I made 5 days ago and I immediately called my bank and they confirmed it. Yes the OUTNET tried to double charge me without any explanation and notice. This is no difference to stolen your credit card. I want an explanation. Is not safe to use this site anymore and guess what they don’t have a payment delete options like other website do. That means they can use your card whenever they want.

Warning. Do not order from company. Waiting over 6 weeks for a refund, they keep asking me to be patient. Now seeking legal advice as they have essentially stolen hundreds of dollars from me.

Making Returning items a hard matter. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I requested a return as the items were too small, and not other sizes were available on the website. Deliberately or not, they "forgot" to include the label for the returning inside the box, so it has became a nightmare to have this label from them and be able to send it back so that I can have my refund of 1170US dollars!!! The chat agent keeps excusing themself and given non-sense reasons while wasting my time. Never I will place an order with these people. I am still trying to get this LABEL!

I would give a zero star. I brought a Prada coat with promotion code. The outnet cancelled my order and said something goes wrong with my payment or my delivery detail. I double checked my bank transaction detail and it appears the payment has been taken, all the information is correct. Then I try to brought that coat again, the promotion code cannot apply in this coat. Finally I understand they just don't want to sell me at a extra discount. Could U please tell me if you don't want me use the promotion code why I successfully applied the code and completed the payment when I first ordered this coat? I really don't want to say your website is doggy, but appearently you are!!!!!! It is a realy bad and disgusting shopping experience I ever have. This web totally don't care about their customers and reputation!

Such a dire company - avoid, avoid, avoid! A total bunch of crooks. Sent me a duplicate order. I asked them to cancel one and they failed to do so. They were different amounts despite being the same item. i returned the more expensive one (note no tracking on returns so you don't know when they've got it) and they refunded me for the cheaper one. I got one email saying they'd refund me the correct amount and another saying they wouldn't. As far as I'm concerned they have zero ethics and are an appalling company sitting under the auspices of a supposedly respectable brand in net-a-porter. Buy from the many many decent companies out there. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS!

I'm so confused some customer say that they didn't receive their order, or they didn't return their money, I had purchased a dress before reading the reviews, and my dress came with no problem, But now I'm afraid to order again,thinking the second time around I might not be a happy customer so I don't know.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. JUST STAY AWAY... THEY ARE FRAUD..... THEY CHARGE YOU AND TAKE THE MONEY ROM YOUR BANK RIGHT AWAY..... I RETURNED THE ITEM TWO WEEKS AGO AND THEY RECEIVED THE RETURN. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY YET AND KEEP TELLING , NONE SEANCE...... "YOU SHOULD WAIT"...... THEY HAVE STOLEN $700.00 MY MONEY. I CLAIMED A FRAUD TO MY BANK AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THIS COMPANY WILL BE REMOVED FROM PAYPAL SOON. BECAUSE OF SO MANY CLAIM THEY HAVE. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER REPUTABLE WEBSITES TO DO BUSINESS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TURN YOUR HAPPY MOMENT INTO A DISASTER...... THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STAR.

I have now been waiting over a month for a refund that they said had gone through 5 weeks ago. I have spoken to their customer services to no avail. This company has £2300 of MY money, and I've been charged £95 by my credit card as a result. Don't order from these corrupt fools. I never gave this problem from Yoox, who are their parent company.

Very unfortunate experience. This company knows how to rip their customers off. They don't refund you sales taxes and duties on your return. So you simply pay for looking at the item. What a nonsense company. What do they do with those taxes collected? Do they pay those to their tax office? Does anybody belive in that? Who ever started this company knew very well how to make money on 'rich people'. Just another 'Inernet way' to steal money from people. So sad!!!

Received the wrong length dress of made in China rather than Italy as stated. The return for the item was not honored. Horrible CS and a poor quality merchandise. Stay away!

I bouth 2 dresses for Christmas parties with next day delivery. Not only they haven't arrived but they don't know when they will. I asked for a refund as I needed for this weekend and I've been told that the refund will be done once they will receive the shipment back as at the moment is lost somewhere in DHL hands. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE!

They never have delivered my shoes, and had not pay back my money! On the website you can write to presales and to after salens by you can't really send a message. On the emailadress you've got after ordering and paying, you only get a automated nothing saying answer, even if you put the proof of payment in it. How can I get my money back, that I need to buy shoes in a fysical store in my own town?

I ordered an item and never received it. My credit card was charged full purchase amount, I called customer service and was told to wait 10 business days before I get my refund.

I ordered a leather jacket online, my credit card was debited the amount (pre-authorization) and a few days later I received an email sorry, that item is out of stock and no longer available. A week and a half later they still hadnt reversed the credit card transaction. Ill never use them again- they sell items not in stock.
