I am so dissapointed and frustrated, I have never experienced such bad customer service.

No customer service, count your blessings if you receive your order, forget about your money if you don't The Outnet refused to refund me my 200 euro order that I never received, or signed for. It has been 2 months of me asking for updates over email; they responded twice then ignored my emails.

Horrible service! If you're in the EU and need to return an item, it's going to be a damn nightmare! This is what they wrote me in an email and they're not responding anymore: 'I am sorry to know that you want to return your order 0605Z7WR12401H.

I contacted them through Instagram as Customer Service didn't answer emails and they say I can return if I am not satisfied.

Dreadful service,no refund after waiting 6 weeks for a 425 euros dress ! These people are crooks and are blaming missing item on UPS but will not refund the money

I would give them zero stars if I could. Very poor customer service and they don't honor promised payments and refunds even when you have proof of hundreds of dollars that they owe you. Do not shop here or risk being scammed.

I ordered a dress and need it in a week time, however 4 days past, it still hanging there showed waiting to be packed. Send couples email to customer service enquiry about it, not response at all. Don’t know what can I do now. A shopping made me into trouble.

DO NOT PURCHASE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE QUALITY IS NOT GOOD. I do not recommend purchasing from them. They have the worst customer service. They are rude and do not care about their customers. It took more than one month for my package to be delivered. I called them for the refund, they refused to do it. The quality of their clothing and shoes are not good. I bought a pair of JIMMY CHOO shoes and it looks fake.

You receive an email from UPS to say that your parcel is out for delivery and at the end of the day when you have waited in, another email arrives to say that your delivery has been rescheduled!! Any returns have to be sent via UPS and when there are issues with their service UPS end up delivering the parcel back to you!! Be very carful and aware on ordering.
