“Used frequently for years, mostly online; reasonable choice and quality at fairly competitive prices; 99.9% reliable stocking and next-day delivery; free carriage for spend over £10 (currently), plus regular discount codes on larger orders; excellent combination of up-to-date printed catalogues and reliable website. Main improvement would be access to additional factual product information online (fuller dimensions, extra photos, material specs, installation detail, manufacturer links etc). More vital than countless slapdash user views!”
