Leigh, Greater Manchester branch, never ever a problem, only efficiency, helpfulness and polite with it. Used this branch many times and consistent reliability, all the staff are great, today Vicky and James.

Speedy service ,excellent staff at the newport branch will definitely recommend to friends and family through covid better than screwfix as got to wait a hour for click and collect at screwfix

Poor service 1000 pounds on power tools never received them. Now toolstation are trying to locate them before they refund me when I have not received absolutely disgusting. Hour long wait to talk to somebody issues is still not resolved.

In the middle of decorating and I needed some more paint. Thought it would be safer to order of toolstation but what was suppose to be next day delivery has been a week and now they are say it has been delivered. I have no delivery and no reply’s from emails I have sent them

I placed an order on the 7th may I have still not recieved my order, as key workers we rely on delivery’s on time, you can’t even contact them to find out where orderers are

Customer service non existent ,same as refunds for items not supplied, even after a " signed for" letter requesting refund ,still no response. Awful service ,the worst company I've dealt with in 50years . AVOID AT ALL COST

Used Sunderland branch twice lately. Due to the covid19 virus. The staff were at door and taking your online order. Found them very helpful and had no trouble Geting my orders. I'd like to thank staff under these uncertain times. We done.

With this Covid lockdown like many others I have been doing various DIY jobs at home, one of the best things to come out of the lockdown is getting to know the staff at Toolstation Gillingham Kent. Kate the very good manageress has a great bunch there (Lexy, Rihanna, Rosa, Carol and the others i have not got to know s well) all lovely people, happy to help and are very helpful, with a big smile and a friendly chat even in these times. Much better staff than the miserable buggers who work at B and Q, also a hell of a lot cheaper, much quicker service and helpful is in their dictionary at Toolstation unlike the those B and Q. I believe a compliment where a compliment is due and Toolstation Gillingham staff you deserve many.

Guys at scotchy rd toolstation are mint always look after you. Apart from certain things they cant do e.g. refunds but that's due to the business not the staff

I have visited Toolstation Leigh Lancs about 4 or 5 times during "lockdown" I have found the staff at this shop first class 10//10 Keep up with the good work.

Avoid toolstation at London road… Avoid toolstation at London road Enfield unhelpful staff with bad attitude the manager attitude was contact head office as I don’t care. Head office don’t answer phone or reply to emails was told by manager at store that they don’t care about customers and was sarcastic and rude one of the staff started shouting at me there is no social distancing when ask the staff and manager why this is the manager said it’s not my problem. AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU WANT TO AVOID CORONAVIRUS

Placed 2 click and collect orders this morning 4/5/20 and I was quickly informed they were ready for collection. When I got there I was served by 2 really friendly, cheerful and helpful male members of staff. Brilliant!

Ordered some paint from the Dagenham branch for collection today. Got their 6 minutes late due to traffic and the staff where just about to close that last shutter when I asked the staff members named Jodie & Gee if they could please help me as I’ve traveled from Avely to pick up the paint. They agreed and where very helpful to assist me. Helped me so I can complete my painting at home over the weekend. Really appreciate the act of kindness, god bless you both and your family’s .🙏

Having placed an order via click and collect and receiving text message to say goods are ready to collect. I was somewhat miffed as to why when I made the 20min journey to the branch to pick up items,I was told goods were not in stock and that a refund would be made( still waiting for said refund). Why could they not have sent me a text to advise me of this before I made the journey or indeed why did they say goods were in stock in the first place. This is poor service in my view. Surely this cannot be blamed on Covid 19.Staff incompetence or maybe their stock system needs an overhaul? Either way very disappointed with Toolstation.

made a £52 order, only received £20 worth of gear, during lockdown, these online firms must be doing drugs, either that or the courier firms are proper at it. And you have no chance of getting a reply off any of em..........oh wel paying in cash from now on at SCREWFIX!!!!!!!
