Ordered some staff from Norbury Toolstation, received sms that it is ready to collect, when coming to pick it up they are saying not in stock , sorry... happened so many times before, also once they called to inform that my order is out of stock, but they can not refund automatically and I have to spend my time to visit their store i order to get a refund. Disgusting service, never buy from that shop again

Beware of this company and their robbing behaviour!! I returned a few items as wrong size, as they didn’t have correct size in stock they had to order for delivery, I asked if there was a delivery charge and was told NO. It was all put through and not given a receipt due to the virus. On way home I realised I paid far too much for items so returned to store to clarify, only to be told I paid £5 delivery and gesture of good will I could have a credit. Next day I needed more items so used the credit towards all the new items plus more. I’ve tried now to return left over unused items to be told I can only have £6 back from £16 worth of items because of the £5 credit note. Effectively stealing £10. I have also been up on a daily basis wasting huge amounts of travel costs due to being told different things with rules changing each time I go. No it’s not a lot of money but it is to them if they do this to a lot of people. This in my book is nothing short of conning and theft.

Been trying to trace my order all week nothing. They put the wrong tracking number in, can't get a response from phone calls or emails and on social media just keep getting asked to DM my order number which I did days ago still no response! Go with screwfix less hassle contactable and faster delivery!

Now I know why their called Toolstation! After 2 whole months and 4 emails I still had not received either goods or a refund. Eventually I get an email saying that my money from two months ago will be refunded to my card in a few working days, and not even an apology! Absolutely despicable service. Avoid at all costs!

Two of my recent orders were tracked to Hatfield depot. They seem to stay there for a few days and then just disappear. And the tracking number becomes invalid like it never existed. Another order i placed for click and collect, waited for confirmation that i could collect, didn't hear anything for days. After 40mins trying to get through to customer services, they just said we forgot to tell you it was ready for collection.. ****AVOID***

Poor service 1000 pounds on power tools never received them. Now toolstation are trying to locate them before they refund me when I have not received absolutely disgusting. Hour long wait to talk to somebody issues is still not resolved.

In the middle of decorating and I needed some more paint. Thought it would be safer to order of toolstation but what was suppose to be next day delivery has been a week and now they are say it has been delivered. I have no delivery and no reply’s from emails I have sent them

I placed an order on the 7th may I have still not recieved my order, as key workers we rely on delivery’s on time, you can’t even contact them to find out where orderers are

Customer service non existent ,same as refunds for items not supplied, even after a " signed for" letter requesting refund ,still no response. Awful service ,the worst company I've dealt with in 50years . AVOID AT ALL COST

Avoid toolstation at London road… Avoid toolstation at London road Enfield unhelpful staff with bad attitude the manager attitude was contact head office as I don’t care. Head office don’t answer phone or reply to emails was told by manager at store that they don’t care about customers and was sarcastic and rude one of the staff started shouting at me there is no social distancing when ask the staff and manager why this is the manager said it’s not my problem. AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU WANT TO AVOID CORONAVIRUS

Having placed an order via click and collect and receiving text message to say goods are ready to collect. I was somewhat miffed as to why when I made the 20min journey to the branch to pick up items,I was told goods were not in stock and that a refund would be made( still waiting for said refund). Why could they not have sent me a text to advise me of this before I made the journey or indeed why did they say goods were in stock in the first place. This is poor service in my view. Surely this cannot be blamed on Covid 19.Staff incompetence or maybe their stock system needs an overhaul? Either way very disappointed with Toolstation.

made a £52 order, only received £20 worth of gear, during lockdown, these online firms must be doing drugs, either that or the courier firms are proper at it. And you have no chance of getting a reply off any of em..........oh wel paying in cash from now on at SCREWFIX!!!!!!!

Ordered products over a month ago. Sent numerous emails via web site all I got back was a covid 19 message .You cant speak to anyone direct.In the end requested refund via web site and low and behold all I got back was a covid 19 message. This company are nothing but thieves and hopefully after covid 19 is passed this company will flounder and will no longer exist.VIVA SCREWFIX!

Unfortunately I get bad experience with them and can't recommend that place to anyone. Firstly no refund or exchange for unopened and sealed item (wrong size) Secondly I re-orded another one online, received my comfirmation ref.number, but couldn't collect it, as system was still in pending stage!!! After waiting outside for another 30min. been told that system crashed and order could not come till tomorrow. What??!! Are You Seriously?!! What the point to buy online if you have issues like that? That shows disrespect on personal time, and client. Sadly that I cannot give them less than 1 star

There is no option for no stars but even if there were a ranking of zero would be far too high. Ineptitude and incompetence at its highest level. After ordering goods to a value of just short of £100 on a click and collect basis I'm still waiting a week later for any kind of communication. Their phone lines have been out for at least a week and their website now states that it will take 3 to 4 days to answer an email. They have taken my money and abandoned any form of customer service to the extent that I demanded a refund 3 days ago and again I've heard nothing. Toolstation are an utter disgrace when other suppliers are performing brilliantly during the coronavirus with virtually no delays or drop in customer service. I will never use Toolstation again
