“My first visit to Oldham branch was simply great. My order was " click and collect " - Graham behind the counter greeted me with a smile and after taking my details, carried by two large paint pots to my car asked if there was anything else he could help me with. All sorted within a couple of minutes in a friendly, efficient and no fuss manner - what else could you ask for. Simply excellent service !”

“I visted the Dulwich branch on the off chance they had what i needed from my DIY list, and they had every single item in stock which really handy and the sales assistant Daniel was very helpfull and had great knowledge off the products. Highly recommended.”

“How can a company improve on what is already a good company. IT's not possible to. I used to shop around at other outlets. When screwfix came to peterborough it was a different ballgame. Some time later TOOLSTATION came to peterborough. Wow what a difference. No shopping around for price/quality. Straight to TOOLSTATION every time.not in stock guaranteed next day.friendly more than helpful staff if i was asked for a percentage rating it can only be 100%+A*.”

“Toolstation made me unhappy, tried ordering online for a product a delivery on site, attempted several times to make payment but because of the security element of a passcode on checkout.. I had to go to my business banking app for this code but can't return to the checkout process without starting all again, tried several times.. just going around in circles so abandoned the idea all together. Then, I called customer service number to continue to place and pay for order and kept waiting with the call being disconnected.. great service...”

“2nd time now within the space of a few weeks that an order has been placed and fails to be delivered despite enhanced before 12 additional shipping fee. Previous order was also missing items and damaged. Forget about this bunch - cheaper and more efficient options out there.”

“Next day delivery advertised Order placed and paid for air conditioner on 10th May 2022. £320. Toolstation claimed the order was on its way. No delivery. Repeated emails unanswered. Long wait to speak with customer service, who promised a call back. None received. Order cancelled. The worst online service I have ever experienced.”

“Absolute rubbish. Ordered some screws online, received text message to say they were ready to collect, turned up at Toolstation only to be told they were out of stock! How can this happen? Won't be able to trust Toolstation in future.”
