“Tool station are fab because you only need to spend £10, actually I think it might be just £5 to get free next day delivery, they are uncomplicated with low prices great value for money, my first port of call for all my DIY needs, JP”

“Ordered some new radiators from them, and because it was a rush job paid extra for 'next day before 12 delivery'. At 13:30 when I left the house, they still hadn't arrived, nor was there any phone call from the driver... When I got back at about 16:00 there they were... Left out in the rain, despite there being a covered area within sight of where they left them. Worst thing- when I tried to talk to Toolstation they couldn't be less interested- I emailed several times without response and the phone was mysteriously cut-off mid-call. Then they asked me to review my purchase- which I did, but strangely enough they then decided to reject the review, 'as it contained comments on our service'”

“Products turn up the next day (free delivery for over £10) and are good quality. Any issues have been rectified immediately (one wrong product in 10 years of orders which was sent out the next day). Advice is given when required as not all information is always provided on the website.”
