I placed an order Friday for delivery Saturday and I received an email saying it has been dispatched but the tracking says Advise not received, customer service are a waste of time and effort so I ordered again on Saturday for delivery Sunday.

Bad Customer Service
If you order and collect, it's a great service. However, if you opt for delivery and parts are missing, I suggest you just give up and buy from somewhere else. You can waste hours online and on the phone, but nobody answers.

Forget trying to contact this lot if you have an issue.
Screwfix make a fortune fixing this shower of time and money wasters.
Day 5 of a next day delivery and counting.
I dont need the order now. The leak is fixed.
So i now have the joy of trying to get my money returned..

We placed an order for delivery over 1 year ago, total of £170.
I forgot about it.
Never received it never sent the money back.
Tried to contact tool station over the phone (obviously to get my money back) just to hear from them this is not possible????!!!!
So no products no money, be aware !!!!!!
Plus they never send an email or notification regarding this order…. Thieves.

Delivery is worst ever!
Toolstation is was a trusted company but any more !
Each time is a issue whit delivery !
3 days after delivery delays stuff are rude and unprofessional! Saying is never be next day promise
Other time online coustumer service was unhelpful !
As the trade we need some update or more information what happened !
Avoid toolstation delivery !

Let down AGAIN by toolstation. Ordered Wednesday 6.30, its now Thursday, no parcel, no text or meagre from a delivery drive. When I got hold of them they said they had a problem. Customer services was rubbish and no real explanation of meaningful apology given. Go somewhere else

Next day delivery advertised
Order placed and paid for air conditioner on 10th May 2022. £320.
Toolstation claimed the order was on its way.
No delivery. Repeated emails unanswered.
Long wait to speak with customer service, who promised a call back. None received.
Order cancelled.
The worst online service I have ever experienced.
