“I visited Toolstation Millbrook Southampton 20/8/19 to buy some sink fittings, i had the part numbers written down , the counter assistant (Harvey), was young ,very smart , polite, and smiling , very helpful in making sure the fittings were correct , also explained exchange service etc should they not fit ,we became" Buddys" , joke ! ,,quite a nice experience for a change , order number QGV175299572”

“Toolstation in Huntingdon are great! Always have a good laugh in store amongst all customers but the staff do take their jobs seriously when it is needed. Great prices, mostly available stock - and if they don’t have it they can get it next day free delivery! Toolstation is a home from home for most trade and it’s really good that the staff get to know their customers and always greet anyone who walks in. Good job!”
