“I use shop in Whitley Reading, customer service is outstanding nothing to big an issue will look at trying to match prices on some things and work hard to try and get the things in asap if not in store call you to let you know it’s arrived Manageress is always smiling”

“Excellent service from John at Burton on Trent Toolstation. Friendly, helpful and chatty. Helped me source new battery for my home alarm and let me take it out of the box to double check I had the correct unit. Home, fitted and working. One happy customer!”

“Paul at the dudley branch was run off his feet as he seemed to be on his own but 3 other staff were present doing other things he apologised and said he would be with me as soon as he can. He finally got round to me served me very quickly and with a smile on his face he deserves a medal and whatever your paying him it's obviously not enough well done and thank you again”

“I went to the store in Tunstall, Stoke-On-Trent today and was greeted by the lovely smiling faces of two members of staff who were both very polite and helpful, there names were Lesley and Reiss , while Lesley served me Reiss was checking something out for me , I got the items I wanted which was greatly appreciated, good team work. Just wanted to say Thankyou to them for a job well done. 👍.”

“Really pleased they opened a store in Cinderford. I used to travel to Gloucester weekly, since Cinderford open their store I use it multiple times a week. The staff are by far friendlier than Gloucester, nothing is too much trouble, always a warm friendly welcome from Naomi, ( who is extremely helpful, knowledgeable re the products / advising what I need, she really goes the extra mile )”

“Very convenient when you need anything from DIY materials to waterproof clothing the stock is vast. The staff serving are always pleasant to deal with and if anything is wrong or the product is not suitable they always accept returns with no fuss”
