“Hi found Dan and Luke at Clacton branch very helpful and most welcoming today 14.08.23 Having come from a retail management background it was good too see that good customer service is alive and well. Thank you”

“I was at the Travis Perkins branch in Amersham today. I was looking at paving slabs to have in my back garden they have a great range and the staff are very helpful. Soon as I pulled in I was approached and showed me around and was very helpful with idea Thank you Kieron”

“Reminded me of a 10% offer but only when I got to checkout noticed the 10% off was only a few items, not everything. Really quick follow up on order, offering alternatives that were in stock to facilitate rapid delivery of order”
