Customer support is non-existent I filled out a account transfer form to get my account back and never received any sort of word back that was 2 months ago not to mention the website puts things in spots where common sense wouldn't suggest they are

You guys can’t get anything right for avatar frontiers of Pandora, we pay for skins that you don’t even give us you give it to us on one save and that’s about it. You don’t issue a refund and you don’t even issue any condolences or emails apologizing for the inconvenience. You have us wait six months, just to fix it. You come out with a DLC that doesn’t even work. The hairstyles don’t even work anymore. My character is stuck on one single hairstyle and it can’t be changed. And to add insult to injury, you don’t tell us anything or notify us of anything, you leave us in the dark continuously on any say on any matter. You take our money but we paid for those skins months ago and you have the audacity to convince people to continue to pay for a game that you irresponsibly cannot handle. You guys can’t handle a game this big, you just can’t. It’s great graphics and great gameplay but you somehow flopped on everything else.

So I was playing cod and I'm saving money up and Ubisoft decided to charge my card on the r6 membership I bought just out of the blue and I cant refund because I don't know the password to my Ubisoft acc that acc is like 5 years old and I don't have the acc on my phone so I lost 10$ to pure junk thank you for taking my money and throwing it in a toilet ubisoft and getting money is hard and I needed that 10$

Purchased some of the dlc in skull and bones. It did not show up, reached out to support, they gave me instructions that i followed and there was no follow up. The site says my case is "in progress, but i have not gotten a single reply to any message i have sent.

Xdefiant need skill based matchmaking because some adults that don't have endless amount of time to do nothing but play games would like to sit down and play a casual game with other people that have to pay bills and don't have the time in the week to be the best, and because this issue I forsee a big loss in your fan base simply because you guy care so little about the mass of people, and only focus on the 20 percent that has the time to non stop play your below avg games

Just went 16 and 5 worst tm8s I ever played with one was 1 and 5 left the match getting the worst tm8s and lobby’s ever the enemy team was horrible to! Fix ur ranked system its killing me almost busted my tv to because of ur stupid ranked system is in shambles

I lost access to my email so I can’t get in so I have submitted at least a hundred help request and never got an answer back from them so I don’t think they know how to help people!!!!!

just need to change email attached to my account, it has taken 3+ weeks. They have not responded yet. Useless customer service, their phone number directs you online. The website has been completely useless, You can get all the same information from your xbox account/psn account.

Trash ass charging 18 a month on top of paying for Xbox live is strait garbage. Yall have trashed the Xbox name . I hope Ubisoft sees how this affects ppl who already pay to play but your company makes things worse. Why don’t you find somthing else to do!

I love playing siege, but the servers are so slow it’s stupid. Have to reload the game to just accept an invite and based off how much money they make off people playing you’d think that they could afford a better and faster connection. Roblox has quicker loading servers and less ping drops. Not to mention suspensions when you get kicked for doing anything. Again I love the game but when I get kicked and suspended because the servers mess up and kick me out that’s some stupid

Their customer service is a joke. I purchased a game from steam, It wasn't loading. steam directed me to Ubisoft as it was their game and they should be able to handle any issues with it. The main issue was, I bought it on steam, and it was demanding a product key for ubisoft. So I made the help ticket and explained the situation. No less than SIX different customer service agents commented on it at various points throughout the day, all asking for screen shots. screen shot of your account name, screen shot of the receipt, screen shot of this folder. which all was fine, i understood. until the 3rd person asked for screen shots already provided, person number 4 repeating the question from the first response asking for more screen shots of the same things i've already given screen shots for. in the end it was literally SIX people asking for nothing but screen shots, until they said they couldn't help me and would "escalate" the ticket. at that point i just requested a refund from steam, I got it, then I sent Ubisoft the screen shot of that. Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service.

Ubisoft, the doctrine in game development that you follow right now will lead to bankrupcy. Gamers would like to have working games that are fun to play. I know I know, you have to make your billions of profit, and thats why you make the games annoying so people put money into it. Your reputation is gone since 10 years ago, and if you not choose to change yourself you will go under and that rightly so.
