“Purchase a game on Steam, discovered I needed a ubisoft account, which I created. Game still required an activation code, which was not provided on steam. Asked help from ubisoft, and was given a ticket but never got a response. Ended up returning the game. Very slippery company at all turns. Moving forward, I'll be sure to avoid all ubisoft products.”

“Played the assassins creed games for years literately since the release of the second game . So naturally when I heard AC shadows was going to be in Japan and I have grown up money now I ordered the ultimate edition, only for them to delay the game and force a refund. Although they never gave my money back and they have removed the game from my library as a pre order so now I’m out almost 200$ and they have stopped replying to my messages through the service tag. I’ll never support this company as long as I live.”

“I’m disappointed in this company. I enjoyed their games but their customer service sucks. My Ubisoft Connect auto logged into a friends account. I purchased a game which went to him. They said they could help. Told me to sent proof of receipt three different times. Then stated “You purchased the game on his account so you can only play on his account. If you need anything else then let me know.” This is after they said they would help. I went further and said I’ll just get a refund then. Their response was that they will not give me a refund as they are at “capacity” and then stated they are closing the case. I’m frustrated because I haven’t played the game at all and they went from helping me to refusing to help and they did not even care to help. I’ll be no longer supporting this company as I won’t buy form a company who lacks customer service and will refuse to give you a refund when they don’t help you like they said you would. Thanks to Steam, I asked for a refund and they gave me my money back within 15 minutes after I fully explained what happened. Thanks Steam!”

“You guys have to change your abandon sanctions. I got kicked from a server which wasn’t my fault and as soon as I reconnected, the match gets cancelled and I have a sanction now? Make that make sense.”
