“Xdefiant need skill based matchmaking because some adults that don't have endless amount of time to do nothing but play games would like to sit down and play a casual game with other people that have to pay bills and don't have the time in the week to be the best, and because this issue I forsee a big loss in your fan base simply because you guy care so little about the mass of people, and only focus on the 20 percent that has the time to non stop play your below avg games”

“Just went 16 and 5 worst tm8s I ever played with one was 1 and 5 left the match getting the worst tm8s and lobby’s ever the enemy team was horrible to! Fix ur ranked system its killing me almost busted my tv to because of ur stupid ranked system is in shambles”

“I love playing siege, but the servers are so slow it’s stupid. Have to reload the game to just accept an invite and based off how much money they make off people playing you’d think that they could afford a better and faster connection. Roblox has quicker loading servers and less ping drops. Not to mention suspensions when you get kicked for doing anything. Again I love the game but when I get kicked and suspended because the servers mess up and kick me out that’s some stupid”

“The first game I purchased that was produced by Ubisoft was Myst 3 Exile for Ps2, and it was an amazing experience for a point and click. The live actors, the puzzles, the animated action sequences, and the fact there were no glitches made it an incredible game that I still go back to from time to time. I've played a few of their other titles, the series I have played the most being Assassin's Creed. AC started put great, but as time and sequel went on problems started appearing. First thing to go wrong was free running in AC 3 due to changes to the combat system, they made up for this in black flag but went to another untested combat system in origins and has stuck with that ever since. AC 2 did it best. I will save the other problems and skip to the one that brings me here. Valhalla. Weapons armor options are ridiculous, npcs that level up with you render grindering for skill pointless. No feeling of real accomplishment unless you are a try hard or saddist who loves impossible odds by taking on enemies way out of your league. Speaking of enemies whose idea was it to automatically restore the zealots health after 2 mins of you trying to outrun them? But the biggest problem is the hunter shack. The second skin, a legendary bear, always crashes my game. I'm not alone in this as a quick check on reddit will lead you to several players with this complaint. One suggestion was erase all data and wait for update and start a whole new game to maybe fix the issue. My point is your company has fallen in standards. You have lost heart. I get everyone is out here trying to make a dime, so am I, but I'm not going to keep spending the same much less more money on a product that is no longer as good as it once was. Sincerely, Ray”

“Most complainers below make a point sure support is overwhelmed and sucks. And they are 100% right. Playing AC 1 on PC whie it freeze all the time and has no controller support just sucksn when they remake a game like Black Flag that shouldn't have a remake yet... Ubisoft manegement are woofties. Listen to customers, not spoiled devs.”

“They offered Assassin's Creed Mirage pre-order which had a physical disc but guaranteed it to be in hand day one. It was 4 days late and they refuse to take responsibility or even try to give a little honey to get the sour taste out of my mouth.”
