“I love ubisoft games”

“I love the game Star Trek Bridge Crew I love the VR makes you feel like you are on the bridge of a starship but I think you should keep developing it to be a better game by adding new iconic ships from Star Trek, and new missions they come with the new ships and I think if you do the game will become very popular4 will become very popular in the star trek community and I think people who don't know what star trek is but play vr a lot will play the game for the experience. [lease do this because I love the game and hope that you read this and update the game and will all new ships and missions.”

“Avatar frontiers of pandora is such a good game, I love it and love the realism and how to cook and gather ingredients for yourself and your ikran, but I do want it to update so we can have our own choosing of a mate and have babies with our mate that we choose even if it’s another player we are playing with”

“I had an old account with an email that doesn't exist anymore so opened a new account. Half the games I bought were on the old account. When trying to play it would make me bind it with my old account, so I would sign out and sign in with my current account, game starts. That got tedious so I deleted my old account all together not knowing that if I try to play, now they couldn't verify the ownership with the new account. So went to undo the closure of the account but can't since I have to verify with the old email. Stuck. Although the process of getting the old account merged to my new account was out of my control without access, Ubisoft verified my purchases, verified my identity and put all my old games on my new account, problem solved. They worked with me to get this done, responded to me almost immediately between emails back and forth and saved alot of headache.”
