“I am very disappointed with the length of delivery time. My order is taking two weeks to come into store. I realise that I could have received it quicker if I had chosen to pay extra, but I still think two weeks is a long time.”

“The colleague at the cash desk was very friendly and genuinely concerned about the quality of my shopping experience. We had a light hearted conversation while she handled my purchase.
