"Very disappointed with the wallpaper quality. Terrible quality products. The wallpaper shows every mark and wrinkle, making it impossible to achieve a smooth finish. Both by us and a professional installer we had to spend extra money on to fix it. Still the outcome is quite bad. The material feels cheap and doesn\u2019t hold up well during application. Very disappointed, and I wouldn\u2019t recommend this store. Definitely not worth the money."

"I ordered 2 rolls of Cole&Son wallpaper with them and it turns out that there was a defect on it from the manufacturer. Wallpaper direct customer support spared no effort in getting to the bottom of the issue with the manufacturer, and sent me 2 new rolls free of charge. Great customer support from them, on top of having the best price on the market. Highly recommended. \r\n\r\nNB: not sure what is the point of this website where anybody can leave a fake review without proof of buying anything there. Check their reviews on Trustpilot instead."
